Lawyer in Lombok: property, company and court matters
Jordan Legal's licensed Indonesian advocates serve clients in Lombok — Mataram, Senggigi and the Gili Islands, Kuta Lombok and Mandalika — for Indonesian and foreign individuals and companies, in English and Indonesian. We work from Bali; meetings in Lombok are by appointment, otherwise by video call.
What we help with in Lombok
- Villa and property disputes in Bali: developers, villa managers and leases
- Property & Land Structuring + Villa Due Diligence
- PT PMA Setup & Incorporation in Bali
- Contracts - Drafting & Review
- Employment — PKWT, PHK and severance
- Visa and immigration — the E-series routes
- Litigation and dispute resolution in the Bali courts
Which court handles a case in Lombok
- PN Mataram — Mataram city, West Lombok (including Senggigi and the Gili Islands) and North Lombok.
- PN Praya — Central Lombok, including Mandalika and Kuta Lombok.
- PN Selong — East Lombok.
Which court is competent depends on the parties, the property and the contract — for example, an arbitration clause can take a dispute out of the courts altogether. That is checked in the first review.

I am buying land or a villa in Lombok as a foreigner. Where do I start?
With the same national rules that apply in Bali: what right a foreigner can hold, and a check of the title and the seller before any deposit. Our guide to property structures explains the options; a due-diligence review applies them to your deal.
