An Indonesian advocate's admission is national — the oath is taken before a High Court (Pengadilan Tinggi), and practice rights extend to courts throughout Indonesia.
Choose the area closest to your problem — each card opens a page explaining the work and the steps. Not sure where yours fits? Describe it on WhatsApp.
Setting up a PT or PT PMA, business licences (OSS/NIB), and keeping the company compliant — including when a licence is at risk.
Checking land, villas and leases before you pay — and disputes after: an off-plan developer delaying or terminating, a villa manager not paying or reporting, unclear lease terms.
Drafting and reviewing business, partnership, supplier and shareholder agreements.
Employment contracts, termination and severance pay — for employers and employees.
Prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and inheritance — including Indonesian–foreign couples.
KITAS and stay-permit questions, and help when a visa problem affects you or your staff.
Registering and protecting your brand name and logo in Indonesia.
Formal demand letters (somasi) and recovering money you are owed.
Many property and contract disputes start with a document nobody checked: land the seller could not sell, a developer building on a lease that ends too soon, a payment made before the permit existed. A problem found before the deposit is easier to deal with than one found after it.
Before the deposit: the title and the seller, the zoning and building approval, the developer and its right to the land, and the sale or lease contract — in a written report.
What you are committing to, what happens if the other side does not perform, and what to change before you sign.
A developer, partner or company: who owns it, what its licences cover, and whether it appears in court records.
A monthly plan for ongoing advice, so questions can be raised early.
